We have selected the highest quality parents available for your puppy, top in health, temperament, and conformation. Read about our Multigen Australian Labradoodle studs, Labradoodle and Australian Labradoodle breeding females below. We consider our breeding dogs our responsibility and our priority, so they are foremost our pets. They live inside, in our home, with us; they are house trained and obedience trained. You may come to our home and visit our dogs. 

All our puppies are Australian Labradoodles, a mixed breed of Poodle, Cocker (English or American) and Labrador.

We have four locations (Ohio, Tennessee and South Carolina, Charleston and York). Why? Because we feel it is important to spend the time we have with each litter and the families adopting each puppy individually. Our dogs are indoor family pets sleeping on our beds at night. In order to maintain just one or two dogs as beloved family pets we needed to come together to bring you one outstanding program. The four of us, Krista in Nashville TN, Kathy in Cincinnati OH, Cindy in Charleston SC and Alisa breeding Labradoodles in York South Carolina have been friends for over 25 years. We have combined breeding these fantastic dogs in a mental partnership to make Rainmaker Ranch Labradoodles what we feel bring the highest quality family companions and therapy dogs to families. We spend time with each litter, which is critical to the puppies, parent dogs and us; you will see the result in the puppies we place with you. 

All our dogs, regardless of which of us (Ohio, Tennessee or South Carolina) owns and breeds the dogs are health tested, temperament tested and conformation tested to the strictest of standards. Our standards exceed the requirements of any breed association. I (Krista) study the parent breed(s) (Lab, Poodle and Cocker) association updates, follow all canine health initiatives and maintain a membership in both Australian Labradoodle breed associations to remain educated on the breed. My own dogs are all registered, and some of my partners dogs are registered if breed originally by me or when they were members of these associaitons. Please note that for various reasons we decided that I am to be the only partner maintaining these memberships therefore dogs owned and breed by the Rainmaker Ranch Labradoodle partners are not all registered with these associations however the offspring may be registered by pet owners at any time.

So that is it, just four partners with four tiny programs (one or two very loved and pampered dogs each) bringing you our best.

Rainmaker's French Kisses Kate Kiwi, "Kiwi"

Kiwi is the daughter of our Tegan Park Casper an Australian Labradoodle (Poodle/Cocker/ Labrador, below listed under Retired) and Rainmaker Stella Dallas, F1B (also listed below).

Kiwi is a medium fleece coated beauty. Kiwi moves with a quiet grace and I have to say her straight fleece coat feels like butter and does not shed.

She loves other dogs and kids, my 4 year old thinks she is his personal toy. Kiwi lives with me, Krista and my family in Indian Hill Ohio just north of Cincinnati.

Rainmaker Andromeda Lucky's Doodle "Andie"

Andie as described by our dog photographer, “Andie is a little ray of sunshine.  She’s quirky, has so much personality and is always up for whatever.  It doesn't matter; she’ll make fun of anything.  And do you know why else I love her? Rainmaker's Walking on Sunshine "Brizbane"

Briz is the daughter of our Kingdom's Dash "Dash" and Rainmakers Chaching Hasanallie "Callie" retired, both Australian Labradoodles.

Briz could not look more like her dad although her one black leg is a mirror image of her dads and have the wondeful caring nature of her mom. She could not be better trained or loving.

Briz is a parti mini with a soft wavy fleece coat. Sweet and gentle, smart and loving. She loves to cuddle and just hang with you.

She is great with other dogs and kids. She lives with her guardian family, playing with her two young human brothers, and yorkie best friend.

Stella is a F1B labradoodle, daughter of Rainmakers Lucky Roxie 02 (F1 Labradoodle below) and Rainmaker's Bentley of Danmar (Poodle).

Stella is our beautiful, gentle giant. She is a f1b labradoodle with a loving, sweet, and quiet temperament, plus an incredible soft straight fleece coat.

Her strong heavy boned conformation sets her apart, she is physically a beauty. She is a true love bug with a quiet grace. As big as she is, she enters a room like a slow moving wind. She has the perfect temperament for a standard labradoodle, never jumping up, bumping you over, just standing by your side giving you that smile, indicating she is up for anything you are.

Stella lives in Mt. Pleasant South Carolina just outside of Charleston with Cindy and her family of two kids plus another Australian Labradoodle, Rudy (Callie’s brother).

Rainmaker's Sweet Molly Malone

Molly is the daughter of Stella and Luke (both listed here). She lives with Angus another Rainmaker Ranch Labradoodle in a guardian home located in SC. She is funny, sweet and delightfully complex in her intelligence the first in line for fun. She is a prize beauty, but no girly girl and keeps up with her brother on all occasions. She is a social butterfly but always respectful of those she meets.

Pearl is an Australian Labradoodle daughter of Sami and Rutlands Apache.

She is a medium and will have Medium Australian Labradoodles in all colors for the families in our program. Pearl is the perfect blend of a great family dog.  She can turn up the energy and run and play with the kids and other dogs outside, yet settles in for a good cuddle session inside!  She is loving and funny and proved herself to be a wonderful mom to her first litter of perfect puppies.  She has passed on her wonderful temperament and good looks to her puppies and we plan to repeat this same breeding in the late summer/early fall of 2011.

She is sweet and silly at the same time, just as a doodle should be.

Howdy Doodles Holly

Holly is an Australian Labradoodle daughter of Pearl and King Triton (shown in retired section below).

Holly is a true comic with a silky soft fleece non-shedding coat.  She loves to cuddle and her favorite spot to nap is on top of the A/C floor vents!  When you look into her green eyes, you can’t help but fall in love.  She’s friendly toward everyone she meets and draws attention wherever she goes.  We can’t wait to see what gorgeous puppies Holly will produce.

Delilah is the granddaughter of our famous Tegan Park Casper an Australian Labradoodle (below listed under Retired).

Delilah is a small medium with a soft wavy fleece coat. Delilah is a bit of a nut. Sweet and gentle but a nut all the same. She loves to cuddle and play.

RETIRED: Tegan Park Casper "Casper"

Casper is our incredible Miniature Multigen Australian Labradoodle Stud dog (Poodle/Cocker/Labrador). He has a soft flowing loose straight Fleece Coat.

His temperament is gentle and sweet he is very mellow, loving and always seems to be smiling. We could not be happier with our wonder boy Casper. Casper possessed the Dog Smile. Casper had this way to greet all his human guests. He would stand about 10 feet away and smile with all his might, just lips no teeth showing and his tush wagging. As soon as you said anything, but typically just smiled back he came running forward to greet you. I believe this was his personal way to say... "Is all okay, did I protect the house well, just let me know? Oh, come on tell me I am cute." Which we always did. 

Here is want author Gwen Bailey, well known dog expert had to say in her book, What is my dog thinking? The essential guide to understanding pet behavior "Hello, I'm your friend. A submissive "grin" like this is often misinterpreted by humans, who think the dog is being aggressive. In reality, these "grins" are similar to a human smile and are often shown when a dog is greeting people he knows or is being told off. Strangely, these "grins" are usually reserved solely for people rather than other dogs, and the propensity to show this behavior seems to be inherited and to run in families." We have been told many of his kids have his smile.

• Casper passed away the end of January 2008 with an obstruction in his intestine. He ate a portion of a towel; this in itself was a minor issue. The bacteria the towel gathered caused torsion of his intestine that in the end left us saying goodbye. At the young age of 4 Casper will always be remembered, loved and the times cherished. Due to so many of his wonderful "kids" out there we want you all to know we had a full and complete autopsy run and no genetic issues were present. Just Retired: Rainmaker's Chaching Hasanallie "Callie"

Callie, a Medium Australian labradoodle (Poodle/Cocker/Labrador), daughter of Rainmakers Roxianna, (Poodle, shown below) and Australian Labradoodle Tegan Park Neptune (Poodle/Cocker/Labrador) owned by Sierra Vista Labradoodles.

Callie is a wonderful Australian labradoodle with her loving, fun temperament, wavy fleece/wool coat and physical beauty to the breed standard. She is like jello and just plops in your arms, on the sofa or chair. She'll leave far over the sofa for a kiss or snuggle and then plop on the floor over the back. I guess jello or silly putty best describe her sweet silly manner.

Retired: Rainmaker Casedilla Lucky's Doodle "Casey"

Casey, a F1B labradoodle, daughter of Rainmaker's Lucky Roxie 02 (F1 Labradoodle shown below) and Rainmaker's Bentley of Danmar, (Poodle), is a gentle labradoodle with her loving, laid back yet playful temperament. She is an exceptional mom and has an incredible thin curly fleece cloud like coat, just what we would want in a F1B.

Retired: Raining Kings Sharp Dressed Man "ZZ": Guardian home in Cincinnati OH

Rainmaker's Sharp Dressed Man "ZZ" At Kingdom is a standard poodle stud co-owned with Kingdom labradoodles. 

ZZ is a loving gentle giant man. ZZ is a Standard Poodle son of Sunset Acres KC Chief and Willow Lane’s Amazing Grace. Always smiling and willing to play but very gentle and mellow.

His conformation is fantastic with a broad body structure and forward movement. He has a wonderful floppy wool/fleece coat that his guardian keeps short so he can go swimming.  With his short wool coat you can see his broad structure which makes him a perfect stud.

ZZ is available for stud service and resides in Cincinnati Ohio.

Retired: Raining Kings’s Luke "Luke": Guardian home in Cincinnati OH

Luke is just an incredible guy, we dream of all our offspring looking and behaving just like him.  I know everyone says that about their dogs, but to meet him is to fall in love with him.  Sweet, quiet, loving and cute as ever.

I love what our dog photographer (Erica owner of Photohound in Orlando) had to say about Luke. “Luke is another snuffy snuggler with a deliciously soft coat and a super-friendly demeanor. He’s easy going, super playful and will just plop down anywhere.  This is what I adore about him though, he’s like the chubby kid at summer camp who no one really talks to, but if you spent the day making crafts out of Popsicle sticks with him, you’ll find you’ve made a lifelong friend.  He’s sincere and kind and does not judge”, thanks Erica we could not say it better.

Rainmaker Andromeda Lucky's Doodle "Andie"

Andie as described by our dog photographer, “Andie is a little ray of sunshine.  She’s quirky, has so much personality and is always up for whatever.  It doesn't matter; she’ll make fun of anything.  And do you know why else I love her? Because she looks like an over-loved teddy bear that has been passed down generations providing comfort and happiness to all who have the honor of snuggling with her.  I’m convinced she’s related to Fozzie bear, actually and I do love me some Muppets.”

Andie is a F1B Mini daughter of Rainmaker's Lucky Roxie 02 (pictured below) and Sierra Vista Mars. Andie has a straight wool coat. Andie has a heart of gold and is just outstanding with her puppies. I have never seen a more natural mother. Andie is smart, loving, kind and always up for a romp at Rainmaker Ranch Labradoodles of Cincinnati Ohio.

• Roxie (Poodle) is retired as she was born in 2001 in Cincinnati and began our Labradoodle and Australian Labradoodle program. Roxie is a Small Standard Poodle typically sporting a short haircut and non-cropped tail. She comes from a long line of champions. Roxie is physically proportionate to the AKC poodle standard. Roxie is very smart, loving, intelligent and nurturing with our entire family, never a personality or care problem. Roxie is a great trainer to all our puppies 4 to 8 weeks and we have her work with them daily.

• Lucky is Retired, Lucky is the Mother to Casey, Andie and Stella. Lucky (F1) and was pick of the litter.  Lucky is of a full champion line Labrador, Big Benjamin carries 16 champions in his 6 generation pedigree and our Roxie (above). Lucky is a first generation (F1) Labradoodle and began the Rainmaker Ranch North Program. Lucky is owned by our Rainmaker Ranch North Breeder, Kathy and lives in Cincinnati, OH. The environment mimics ours and we assure you of all the same care and concern. Kathy assists with the births of our puppies and training as we do with hers. Lucky has won two training and obedience trophies with Kathy as her trainer. Lucky lives with her family of 4, plus 2 rescue dogs and her F1B Labradoodle kids Casey and Andie. Lucky is the soulful matriarch of the clan.
